Pilot Protocol is an open-source overlay network (AGPL-3.0, Go, zero external dependencies) that gives AI agents first-class network citizenship: a permanent virtual address, encrypted UDP tunnels with NAT traversal, and an explicit per-peer trust model. It also ships an installable app store of agent-native capability apps (JSON in, JSON out, discover -> install -> call) plus SDKs for Go, Python, Node, and Swift, and an MCP server (pilot-mcp).
